Guild Wars 2

Hi all

I’m looking for a group of fixed people to run pretty much any dungeon any path whit.
(EU server)
What i’m looking for:

1) players who understand the dungeons and the dungeon paths mechanics.
2) players who understand combo skill mechanics
3) players who don’t need to use teamspeak or mumble or other crap.

4) DPS builds melee and ranged (most of times melee in dungeons)

What I want to do:

1) run dungeons without elite mentality but don’t waste time where not needed. so in a fun way but still good way run all dungeons.
2) focus on combo’s whit dps groups in any class so not only wars or mesmers…

Must have:

1) good fun mentality
2) 1 free spot to join guild (no representing but my friend list is to long to manage descent, and whit some updates i loose the tags i put in there so no good for me)
3) must speak English or Dutch

You need to say if you are US or EU.

I saw a few people asking around just like you are doing. But in the end, nothing turn out. I think they are too busy farming champions and crown pavillion.

ya the reason why i ask here is since i don’t believe in farming one place over and over the game wasn’t designed to do that

Why should people have to resort to posting 200 word requests on the Guild Wars 2 dungeon forums to be able to form a group large enough to play through contents of the game..? No offence to the creator of this thread, but this is ridiculous.

He just might want people that know well enough what to do, when to do, why to do, and how to do.

Or he might not like any one else.

@Gary, he is looking for like minded people with at least = or better skills than his own. He doesn’t NEED to post here but did because it is just another means to fulfill his goal.

nothing wrong whit it, just don’t like to use it people have the bad habit of talking about everything besides the the game, when I game I’m interested in the game not in hearing some kids in the kids in the background, or there music etc…, or there wife’s yelling at the player for gaming to long

or there equipment is bad setup than you hear each other twice or they don’t have a microphone

so ya I prefer the chat

very simple:

when you ask in map chat you get random teams

when you ask here you get people that get the same game goals and the way you want to run it, which makes a better match than just randomly inviting

the thing is if you use friendslist than its only for you, the reason why i put them in guildlist is that way everyone that is interested in this post can ask there directly to the persons and you now that list shares the same goals and has some level of gameplay

now guilds are more server based because of fame, they require 100% representing for guild missions and more fame, so most players end up getting stuck by waiting till there guild is online or there kinda forced into helping guildies

and for that reason i’m making guild whit 0% representing rule whit as main goal making a cross server list for eu server whit players that run dungeons a bid more pro style but still in fun friendly way

so that’s why I’m making a 200 word post about, since i do believe its a fun way to get in game stuff done.

I’m even working on getting guild bounty’s up(only 11k fame left;) to host them publicly, for all those small guilds and all those people that can’t join their guild runs because of work kids etc

so if you find this ridiculous than I’m very proud of it says more about you than me

It’s more about like minded people I wouldn’t mind making starters list also to teach them, like today I helped somebody who was stuck on fractal on level 8 good player but he got stuck because of other players so i added randomly some persons and we just did the level 8 run, whit one kick for a person not doing anything the first round and going afk the second map also, now the third map whit the giant where on top you kill one side and charge hammer there a friendly mesmer joined us who explained it since some didn’t know the map he putted like 10 min time in it only to see one person just telling him to shut up since it was low level and he felt like screwing us over and over by just killing whatever he sees

and that’s why i make this list so people have a good basis for finding like minded people to content whit, more fun for them more fun fun for the ones that don’t know the dungeon and in the end makes hopefully some good players that help others

and nope we didn’t kicked that one person screwing us over we just waited till he saw we wouldn’t move till he stopped screwing us over

when i game i want to do content and beat the system in the way it was designed and there plenty people like me that are interested in builds and gaining more tips and tricks etc whit out going elite mentality

so ya I think its worth trying setting this up

What about when you’ve all got the content nailed down and you’re just doing the motions? Obviously while in combat you say anything relevant, but when running between trash you can just banter. I mean I do that with my farming group even though we only communicate through party chatbecause there’s not really much else to do.

Surely you can’t be that serious that you dislike people chatting away to make the dungeon less tedious.

Still, your intentions are good and I would be interested if I my computer didn’t collapse in to a giant heap of fail which makes me unable to play for like, two months.
