im just wondering at wich level u can do dungoens?

some people say 30 and other people of my guild say 35+

They are refering to Ascolonian Catacombs, the story part of the dungeon is lv30, but the Explorable mode is lv 35. all the dungeons are broke down like this, heres a list: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Dungeon
