Guild Wars 2

I just tried to join up with a group for the Ascalon Catacombs. I was part of the party but when I got in there it was just me in the catacombs and the portraits of my partymates were blacked out even though it said they were in there too. I tried exiting and re-entering multiple times and they even tried kicking and re-inviting me and it didn’t fix it. Any ideas why this happened and how to fix it? It was the first time I tried to do a dungeon so I don’t know what to do.

Maybe you were on different layers of overflow?
