Dungeon tokens

There is currently no way to get a refund for accidental token purchases, sorry.
Thank you for the response.
I suppose there is currently no way to refund the time it took to get the tokens either.
next time take just a little more time and buy the correct one
oh the irony
which is easy to rework, a simple solution to that would be a 30m window where if you were to sell the item back to the npc( any npc) , you’d be given your tokens back.
That’s how star wars the old republic did and camon, that’s not even a game as good as guild wars 2.

this is a good idea. even better, they should simply make it an “infinite amount of time” to re-exchange something for tokens, as long as you haven’t equipped it yet.
i say this because i can imagine someone purchasing the wrong the late at night, then going straight to sleep, then waking up the next day & realizing they messed up.
Or how about you spend 5 seconds making sure you bought the right one?
No amount of failsafes will stop a stupid person making a stupid mistake and just opens up a slippery slope.

People should learn to think twice before making “important” decisions and not rely on others to prevent them from kittening up.
Doesnt it ask you if you’d like to make that purchase before you buy with tokens?
Guardian – Vindicator Azure
Thief – Labrat Thief

Which in itself was a change made by people whining about accidental clicks.

I accidentally bought an armor piece with the wrong stats, and I have a gift of zhaitan in my bank while I scrapped bifrost as a goal. Don’t hear me complaining do you?

I accidentally used my [recipe: gift of souls] while I wanted to see if it would sell for more later in the game. I had to take it out of the bank and right-click sell on tp from my inventory to quickly check on the price. When trying to put it back in I double clicked inventory instead of bank… But it was my own fault, didn’t start crying for a triple safety net.
Ye? well ,I’m yet to do any mistakes like that and you don’t see me yell at people , pay more attention idiots.Everyone does mistakes , don’t be a ..
I’ve made two mistakes with tokens so far:
- Buying a trident instead of a staff. (Them icons/preview skins were identical)
- Wasted hard earned Arah tokens carrying pugs for about a month and a half and bought set of medium Orrian for my GUARDIAN (went through 6 confirmation messages!). GW1’s armor purchases where made idiot proof by making only armor usable by your profession purchasable, dunno why they don’t have it HERE. (Then in my frustration I resorted to forming a dedicated Crusher+Hunter farm team and got 2 suits worth of tokens + super rich before Rob nerfed it.)
“GW2’s PvE is almost as bad as the PvP.”
