Dungeons are claustrophobic
I completely agree. This is an issue in some part of every dungeon. It prevents you from keeping an eye on what the enemy is doing and makes the fights awkward. CM’s basement is the worst when it comes to this.
I support partially. The only place I remember where it really bothers me is CM, in the basement and in the house. The rest of the dungeons are decent enough.
I agree that the camera can use some work indoor, but properly positioning the boss can help a lot as well.
When we did Lupi the first couple times I had a lot of trouble in p2 due to the boss standing in the middle a lot which means your standing at the side and the camera zooms in. But when I asked the tank (the person that is being burrowed towards) to position him near the wall we could stand in the middle making it very easy to have a good overview of what’s going on.
I’d be bold enough to suggest they borrow some of WoW dungeon ideas (clearly superior design-wise) into GW2. Dungeons feel like an after-thought in GW2.

I agree. GW2 dungeons just lack the sense of wonder and adventure. They fit well into the overall world theme. But when you get together a band to accomplish some special missions in a special place, that place would do well to awe you and makes you feel so little and insignificant.
Remember Vortex Pinnacle, Dire Maul, Stratholme…? Just.so.majestic…
