A:
you get 1 per tier…
Means if you do a lvl 8 and a lvl 10 you get 2 chests.
I do it on a daily base. (28-30 for example)
Also if you change character you get another per tier….(i do this on weekend)

Nope, only one per day per character, regardless of the level. I tried this myself with levels 8 and 10 >.<
it is 10-19, 20-29, 30-39 and so on

mmmmm is this something new or was always like this? I did level 8, 9 and 10 with the same party, and we only got 1 daily chest. This happened to the entire party, not to me alone.

Yes. if you havent got any of them yet.

Always been like this….
timer rests at 00:00 gmt so maybe you had another run you forgot before…
P.S: remember that rewards and tiers are based on personal reward level and not the level you are playing.
If you were lvl 1 and played 8-9-10 you had reward level 1-2-3 instead …so you didn t get to next tier..

This was before the personal reward level… we were 4 level 8, and 1 level 9. So we all got to level 11 together, except one guy who was kicked. We were still learning about the fractal mechanics, so we all assumed that the daily chest was 1 per day…
Well, I have less tokens, but at least I have 6 characters that can run fractals now lol
still confused but ok if i’m level 40, and did, 28 (got daily chest), then did 30, would i get a second daily chest for that teir or as stated since the level change thing am i just getting the level 40 daily chest?

you get a tier 2X chest and then a tier 3X chest and you can still get a third playing 40…

You would get 28 daily and 30 daily. Total of 2 chests.
You could also then go and do lvl 40 for a 3rd.
