I enjoy dungeons but I find that I am on a time crunch many times I am on so I have not run many of the longer paths for fear of having to leave before we complete them. I was wondering (aside from cof 1) what dungeons/paths were the quickest?

super adventure box zone 1 is fastest.

I really like HotW p1. Even after they fixed the hole in wall, it’s still a 10 minute run with warriors, guard and Mesmer, provided everyone is experienced with the final boss.

I have to admit, I only run high level dungeons so I can trade the tokens in for high level rares for MF or ecto salvage.

How much time do you have on your hands when doing dungeons?

A few of the dungeons I regularly do well under 30 min (per path):

- Crucible of Eternity paths 1 and 2 (uncontesting might take a while -> guesting)
- Twilight Arbor, paths with the mossheart adds at the endboss and the one that has the AoE tree attack.
- Citadel of Flames paths 1 and 2
- Honor of the Waves path 1 (@bcd)
- Sorrow’s Embrace paths 1 and 3

Hmm, AC Path 1 can be done in 6 minutes duo and in 5 minutes with 4 or 5 people.
Arah Path 2 can be solo’d in about 5 minutes so with 5 men 3 minutes should be doable. This is without much reward tho.
Another fast (6-7 min) dungeon is TA F/F.
I’ve heard SE Path 1 can be done pretty fast too, maybe another 5 minute run.
So theese are the fastest dungeons i think, the time i said is always from dungeon loading screen until endboss is dead.

I can tell you right now you’re not gonna get through most of the above paths in that timeframe. Unless you’re already a veteran of the path, and manage to find other veterans, things like CoE can take incredibly long, my first few goes with inexperienced people took HOURS.

TA has the same problem, one or two people who don’t know to skip content will slow the whole process down by a lot. The more “foolproof” dungeons where even a novice can get through with ease provided at least one person knows what they’re doing, is SE 1 and 3. AC p3 and to a lesser extent p1 aren’t too bad for time either. Trust me, do yourself a favour and avoid CoE and Arah, get a bad group and you can kiss your speed run goodbye. Whereas others are a lot more forgiving regarding the idiot factor.

Yea anything that can be done in around 30 minutes is definitely a winner. Forgive me but I may have to go with Dolan on this one, 5 minutes for arah path 2 seems unreasonable. At least I have a starting point to look up YouTube videos on these paths now thanks all.
