Personally SE is my fav dungeon compared to the rest of the dungeons in GW2. Sadly its popularity is not as high as other dungeons such as AC and CoF, the amount of players willing to do it on a daily basis is small and rare, ESPECIALLY path2.

The reason im opening this thread is to give my thoughts, share my experiences or maybe to tickle Anet’s memory bout this path so it may not be forgotten. Here i will list down 3 issues IMHO that should be looked and worked upon.

1. NPC Tarleov
This part which appears right after defeating the 4 foreman was already tedious and long, but with NPC Tarleov’s Alzheimer, this part seems to be extended another 10mins coz he seems to have forgotten something…or not. NPC Tarleov’s Alzheimer is as bad as it sounds, he walks back and forth after every wave of dredge for “something” which apparently is nothing. If Anet could cure his Alzheimer, many players running this path would appreciate it. Poor ol mole.

2. Third Wondrous Bag
I noticed that all my runs on path2, the dungeon only have 2 champs that drops the bag, the 3rd one seems to be missing. I have killed all the champs available in this path, even the one guarding the mortar. Hopefully Anet would take a look into this issue as the only means of getting a soldier stat accessory through PvE is getting the “Shukov’s Launch Code Recipe” and craft it. Id say this is a serious issue.

3. Mark II’s static field
Playing Elementalist as my main, im surprised how superior Mark II’s static field is compared to ours. Maybe Anet could consider giving us Mark II’s version of static field instead of fixing it! ;p
I realized Anet previously addressed this issue like around last year? Saying that its mistakenly overbuffed. Hopefully Anet didnt forget about this it posses no huge issue for experienced and REALLY tanky players, but after running with multiple PuG’s, ive seen way too many players quitting on this part which is sad, it IS a lvl65 dungeon after all…

Hopefully Anet would at least acknowledge these issues and put serious consideration into fixing it, it would be a waste for such a beautifully designed dungeon to go to waste due to such flaws. SE dungeon is so underrated atm. Sincerely frm a SE dungeon fan.
