Guild Wars 2

jade quarry- so, im in the low 30’s now for the first time and it’s been solo so far outside of pvp…. AC story is a lv 30 dungeon, so i went and tried to get a grp…. that was painful….

no lfm (looking for more) that i can find, and no one seems to know of any, no one in the guild was answering, so i had to go to the char starting area and see about grouping… no grps for story were around, although a few people doing explorer… lv 35, i cant go yet… so i start start asking in map being sure i said this was my first time… got a person, a person left… people typing that they wanted a story grp in map, then didnt join the grp i was making…(is there a way to ask people to join grp besides typing in their name? right clicking has no invite option) got stopped from requesting more people in map chat for excessive texting…. weird, whatever, got a full grp of 5 people and we went in… everyone knows this place but me, everyone knows im new to it, were doing fine… few deaths, no biggie, drop a rock, open a door, kill things, cool…

then we are at a fight, no clue how to differentiate it from any other really… after a mini boss and the rock doping door opening thing, small hallway kinda area… anyways, were fighting… a person dc’s, we end up wiping… k, reform at waypoint, run back, waiting for a while for the dced person… they dont come back, someone votes to kick em (nice feature) we kick and go outside to find another person (sucks u have to go back outside, but whatever)

i type that were looking for 1 more person then gtg, get a whisper instantly, nice…. then the grp starts dropping before the guy joins…. so then its me and him, and ya big surprise he leaves for explorer….. in a few sec i see 1 person go back in im guessing in an explorer, and another start looking for a grp for story mode…..

so… this was my first time experience with dungeons in gw2…. not great so far… can someone tell me if this is normal?
