So ever wonder how those Warriors in ascalon fractal crit you for like 6-8k Auto Attacks, or 15k Rush’es etc… I think they are using the Pre-Nerf traits/stats of warrior etc. This has always been a theory but not proveable…well now I can prove it.

Earth Ele’s in molten fractal do a ton of damage on high levels, however, I was wondering what actually did the damage…and …its a skill that DOES NO DAMAGE if your a player. So basically monsters are using the OLD PRE – NERF versions of skills, while players use a nerfed version. Proof? Here you go:

As you can see, this skill does 0 damage.

I don’t mind monsters having unique skills, however I liked that in Guild Wars unique monster abilities were few and far between, and usually reserved for boss-type monsters. I also liked to some extent that when skills were changed it affected the enemy monsters as well.

Are you sure the warriors aren’t getting might stacks from the monks? Never really paid attention as to whether they got it or not.

From my experience its the stacking of Rings of Earth from 2-3 eles that kills people in melee.
