I’ll start with giving kudos to anet for the game in general, its the only game I play now. My GW2 experience was greatly enhanced with the recent expansion – southsun cove, fotm, ascended gear, etc. Over half of my gaming time has been spent in expansion related areas.

Now that the pleasantries are done. What happened with the patch on the 3rd!?!? I get the need to change aspects of FotM because of certain areas getting bypassed that anet didn’t intend on (like colossus starting boss) but ever since the patch I’ve had nothing but disappointment. Disconnections, bosses becoming bugged, jump timing jacked up, and while I can’t prove it agony seems to have been scaled up along with boss difficulty for 10+. My groups have had repeated mass wipes on bosses we’ve killed before, the agony attacks occur more often and for more damage, and the attacks we were once able to dodge are now problems.

End result, I’ve lost interest and desire to play FotM, which was once a favored area.

Lucky you didn’t decide to try and play it after the patch yesterday. They fixed the lack of mob spawns on cliffside, but just deciding to spawn in 10 or so vet mobs in the middle of the fight with the boss (not while he is downed). Well I guess there are plenty of mobs now, to bad the fight is impossible at 20+…
