Leveling my friend up in fractals, i noticed mist essences nolonger drop at the proper levels.
This makes it almost impossible for people to infuse rings to progress, unless they get a lucky ring infused drop with decent stats.
vials (tier 1) still drop as far as level 30
globs (tier 2) seem to start dropping at 35
shards(teir 3) unknown?
the text on the item in game says they should be
1-9 teir
11-20 teir 2
20+ teir 3
which makes sense because people start to need (infused) rings pretty early
