Is the daily chest lvl in fractal bugged? My personal reward level is 40.
day 1: i did lvl 41 fotm and got a daily chest. Afterwhich i did lvl 38 but end game no daily chest.

Day 2: i did lvl 45 fotm and got a daily chest. Afterwhich i did lvl 38 but end game no daily chest.

Day 3: i did lvl 49 fotm and got a daily chest. Afterwhich i did lvl 38 but end game no daily chest.

is anyone facing the same issue with me? Can we have anet staff to explain if you are reading this

You say your personal reward is 40. You can only get the 41-50 tier reward when you have a matching personal reward level. Daily tiers are 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40 and 41-50, this is different from pre-remake tiers. If you do 40 then any 31-39, you won’t get a second daily chest since they are in the same tier.

i did not do 40. that is my personal reward level currently. I did 41 and above fractal getting a daily chest. but when i do a lvl 38 fractal i did not get anything end of it.

The tier is 31-40 and when you do over your personal level you get your own reward lb chest and not the one you did. If you’re lv 40, and do lv49 you will get lv 40 chest and cant get lv38 chest. Not a bug
