Nevets here. World’s last Fractals Rank 80, best Engi fractaller NA.

I quit the game for a while after the “Fractured” patch when my level was reset to 30, but I just came back after finishing up school and now I’m back to rank 50! Wahoo!

Anyway, because ANET used the introduction of leaderboards as the justification for resetting my level, I was wondering how I can see my leaderboard rank? I just don’t see them under “Community->Leaderboards” on the main page.

I posted some fashion screens on your thread

Last time I checked they said they needed time to collect the data.
With all the time that has past (6 months) we are going to have one hell of a leaderboard!!

But we never asked for it, we said it is a bad idea, we still don’t want it.
They said: hey! leaderboard, instabilities = content, right?
Nay.

I think we all know at this point that the reset was just for the introduction of ascended armor and much more “harsh” AR gating (unavoidable agony).

Why? So you can go sink that 400-500g on an ascended set.

Why do you even want that leaderboard? Just because they promised it?

I’m happy they broke their words on this because it’s just plain dumb to ever want to measure this. Also nearly everybody is level 50, so what’s the deal? Oh great, 100 pages of level 50 guys.

No we don’t want it. We want content. We want a studio that stops making false promises.

Fractals drops will never be fixed at least until a fotm 50 gives 5-7 times more gold than arah.

Yeah I have always wondered why they know for sure fractals take more than like 30 minutes yet the end reward is not even better than just plain dungeon runs with less time commitment. On top of that form 50 gives like barely any more gold than form 1-9 which doesn’t make sense at all.

At this point, I’m just hoping ANET will just cut their losses and forget about this Leaderboards fiasco.

Just spend the time, money and human resources to give us new, rewarding content. As an avid fractal runner, I don’t even mean loot on the scale of the first month of fotm when we’d come out with a dozen rares from running level 20s fractals. I’d be happy if it was merely comparable to dungeon rewards at this point.

Let’s just hope the chinese like content
