When will the fractal merchant be enabled again?

Would like a developer to give some clarification

I’m also stuck at fractal 90 because of that merchant. I need to get better agony infusions to do upper scales. Any ETA?

I want to upgrade my agony resistance but atm is just impossible.
Waiting for an answer……

I’m stuck as well because I need the AR upgrades from that merchant. I also need the salvage kits so I can move some infusions around.

Having a lot of negative emotions about the agony resistance changes.

Was there an exploit with the merchant or why was he disabled?

I wish they would tell us what when wrong with this guy. I was really wanting to finally get around to replacing all the infusions on my alts so i can get 150AR with them all
