Short story first. I love the look of fractal dagger skin but after hundreds of runs and not getting it, it forced me to quit the game.

Now I hear rumors of a guaranteed token for any skin you want when you complete a 50+ run. Is this true? Is there a reason to keep doing fractals even after all the hell we went through in the early days?

Also is there any compensation that anet is willing to hand out for the dozen duplicate skins I had that didn’t get carried over when the new skin system was implemented?

What? Who the hell told you this? The fractal box isn’t even in game.
And no, if enjoying fractals isn’t enough for you and you don’t need karma, there’s no point in it. The loot might even be worse than when you quit. Hard to imagine, I know.
Before that disgusting patch I could at least get a skin 10-15% of times… but now…

Alright thank you for letting me know. Didn’t want to grind through 20 more levels of fractals only to hate the game again.

Random! I remember you! We played high level fractals. No, no guaranteed skins. I finally just got back to 50 myself

The Fractal box which was supposedly added into the game needs to be looked at again.
This will fix all the issues

Now you barely see one drop… Been like 3 months now since anyone from my party had a skin drop. Ascended boxes are a different story.
They were hard to get back in the day, but now it’s ridiculous. Thankfully I kept all mines from back then…
