Fractal Suggestion: Weekly Achievement
I actually really like this suggestion, my personal fractal level at the moment is mid 40’s but I can’t seem to find friends who want to push higher, simply because “It’s not worth it”
I would love an incentive for people to do this, it would make the game better IMHO!

Could as well add a monthly one if they’re doing it. Maybe make 5 for the weekly and the whole 10 of another different instability for the monthly.
Along with a recommended 50+ daily.
After completion, Casual/Core–Fractal Hero & Elite–Fractal Veteran/Master achieves should unlock repeatable “Hobby” achieves that offer rewards for completion such as:
A chest for each difficulty tier with incremental rewards per tier granting achievement points, gold, encryption keys, pristine fractal relics, stabilizing matrixes, a gold fractal relic or skins for the higher tiers, and an increased chance for ascended chests.
Instead of adding a new category for fractal weeklies under the achievement panel, 4 new achievements could simply be added under the existing fractal section with this setup.

I like this Idea. I have always been an advocate of having monthly fractal achievements where you completed all the fractals in a tier. I like the additional idea of gating it behind the achievement, not something like masteries.
Yeah. It’ll be nice if there was weekly achievements if they were like that. Something you could have plenty of time to do, and you decide when to do it within the week:
There could be more kinds of weekly achievements, for people to choose from. For example:
- Complete all fractals under a certain instability. (reward: small stack of chests with higher chance of ascended and rarer items, larger the higher the level range)
- Complete one event in a specific raid. (reward: +1 currency of that raid)
- Complete all explorable paths of a certain dungeon. (reward: +100 tokens for that dungeon)
- Complete any PvP reward track. (reward: 10 PvP reward potions)
- Earn 10 Ranks in WvW: (reward: 10000WXP, badges of honor, memories of battles)
Like fractal dailies, these would give no AP, so they don’t suffer the same problem as the old monthlies, and only those interested in the rewards do them.
Would be great if we could choose the instabilities and stack them up. More instabilities + higher level fractal = more rewards. It seems to regimented.
