are the chances of getting a weapon bigger in 19 then its on 11?
and is the chance bigger in 31 the in 11?

Basically the same / Not a big difference.

Hmm that’s not true. The chances are better the higher you go. I know for a while 31-40 had a better chance than 41-50 but I believe that’s been fixed assuming it didn’t get broken again.

Personally I seem to get my luck from level 29s rather than 50s but that’s just anecdotal evidence. There’s something like a 5%-7% chance on the higher scales for a skin which is your best shot.
