I disagree with the level 2 being able to join in on a level 22,

They have zero agony res.

Even if the game gives them a pseudo res. for the dungeon.

I went through alot of hard work to get the resis required, by doing all the pre-req dungeons.

I do not think that its appropriate to suddenly give everyone a free ride, as it were.

Do they now get a chance at fractal wep skins to?

I think this is only going to realy screw it up for alot who worked hard to get to the requirements to be in a level 20,30,40 ect.

Now if I higher elvel wants to go in a lwer and still get the Karam reward, I see no issue with that. I would do a level 1 if I was going to get the same karma reward.

This type of scaling , is alot like what I see in wvw, everyone is in blues or not even fully armor slotted running around as a level 80

If you think someone is dumb enough to be lvl 2 and go into a 20+ lvl with no resist well… that’s all I need to say about that. I plan on leveling my alt soon (which will have 30 resist before even playing lvl 1) and I will join grps between 2-20(30) since they are relatively quick and easy runs. Your fears mean nothing since people will gear check before going in. People can still item code it, but if they fix their preview so that others can see your infusion then most peoples fears will be alleviated.

The example listed by the changes states 2, 21,21,21, 51 fractal level.

Yea i dont get the topic , you posting about lvl 40+ at fractals even tho players that reach that level , not you including here know that 0 or 30 AR is the same thing ( maw will kill you , other bosses will down you with agony ) !

Give me one valid reason why my alt should be forced to do the climb all over again. Rings? He already has two. Backpiece? Book/quiver is not a problem. AR? As if 225 tokens are remotely hard to come by.

Make fractal level account bound, gate players with tiers. That’s what I would do.

Rewards from the fractal will be based on players’ personal reward level as long as the reward level is equal to or lower than the chosen fractal level.

Player @ lvl 1 fractal joins a lvl 20 fractal run.
Completes it.
Gets level 1 reward because 1 < 20.

So, no free fractal skins for low level players.

so my main is in the 20’s with 25AR (could get 30 w/e i want) and i have 25AR waiting for my new alt when he hits lv 80. My alt is a lv1 fractal with enough AR to go to lv 29 and have no issues at all, why cant he?

now a new player who’s max is on lv1 (ac crossed all characters) shouldn’t join a lv30 out of common sense, they do not have any experience or AR, but this is no reason to say they cant join a 10 – 19 where they can survive (you do not really need AR till 20, but its very nice to have). given the rewards will be based as they are a lv1, they will not try to get to 30 to start unless they are that stupid, and it will likely only happen once.

I would be shocked if there is no way to see a players fractal rank for AR when you enter to avoid this issue as I know some people are stupid enough to try and jump into the high from lv 1, but most are not. When you see lv1 you may just need to ask if they have a higher level with experiance that they have passed rings to from.

I’m happy I’m gonna be able to play with my GF and friends (I’m Fotm lvl 17 and she is 5) and we both will get reward and Fotm lvl up.
