If you are on an odd number like 5, and you group up on an even number like 10, and run it at as even number will you get the daily since you will do the Solid Ocean Fractal even tho you are at an odd number?

That is correct, you get the reward for your level, so no daily even if you do maw. Just like people that do maw after their daily.
