Another question that i would like to add towards my 1st question: is it still worth the time doing daily recommended fractals if i do not need the fractal page?
There are two sets of daily fractal rewards:
- Scaled = two specific levels, at least one of which is Tier 1, offering ‘Research’ chests
- Tiered = three ‘locations’, each of which offers up to four chests, with T4 offering regular Master, Expert, Adept, & Initiate chests and T1 only offering the last.
The scaled ‘research’ rewards are fixed: the journal pages, some AR, encryptions, a single prisine, and a chance of keys. There is no chance of gear, ascended or otherwise.
The tiered rewards have all the good stuff, including the chance of ascended gear or mats.
So unless you need pristines or journal pages or are in a rush to increase AR without buying on the TP, there are much, much more efficient ways to spend your time
tl;dr
- Once your legendary back is complete, combine journal pages into journals to sell.
- Only do the ‘recommended’ aka ‘scaled’ dailies if you need pristines or journal pages (or otherwise enjoy T1 or T2 fractals)
