Stupid question. Is fractal weapon just for skins and stuff?

just a skin yes, account bound so u can put on an alt also.

Yep, just a skin. It has exotic damage rating, but doesn’t come with any +stats. I’ve gotten a fractal shortbow in t3 (20-29) and a fractal focus in t4 (30-39).
