Today, tired of hoarding Fractals tokens to get the ascended backpiece, I bought 3 uncommon bags (the cheapest ones) from the FotM vendor.

Just after that, one of the party members pointed out that the bags are “unique”, fact that I didn’t realize before buying them and equipped them, so I was wondering which is the bug, the bags having the “unique” text when they’re actually not, or the unique property not working properly?

My money is on the 2nd option, and I’m starting to worry that they might fix this after I spent 300 extra tokens…

Can we have a word from the developers?

I never noticed they were unique.. I do have 4 uncommon, 1 rare and 1 exotic.. Oh well, if they ever become unique for real, 450 tokens isn’t a big lost to me.

Actually it is a big loss. I don’t want to lose all the slots i got. Just remove the unique text, because maybe players confuse the meaning “unique” as “just with fractal tokens, and available just here” with unique bag not able to be worn more than one of a kind.

Well, seems like their unique status is not working, but either way if they fix this it’s not a big deal…you can always use them on alts :P

Also not sure how they are going to fix it for people who has it equipped, unless you remove the bag by yourself.

They will probably stay equipped after they fix this (if ever).

Eh… This is big deal to me.
I bought like 20 those boxes for my alts and they’re already full of stuff. I don’t want to lose it just because anet made a mistake.

I asked support about this, here’s the response:

Thank you for taking the time to contact the Guild Wars Support Team. Currently, this issue is being investigated by our development team. We have no official word on if it is a display bug or not and at this time I would recommend holding off on purchasing any new 20 slot fractal boxes, just to be on the safe side. I would recommend keeping updated on our forums for any news on this issue as any info will likely be posted there once it is made official.

Wouldn’t surprise me if this is fixed when we keep having the rest bugged. After all Anet priority is always “ruin the gamebase fun at first, then bugs”.
DON’T TOUCH OUR BAGS. WE ALREADY WASTED ENOUGH TIME FARMING ALL BAGS FOR MAIN AND ALTS. FIX THE TEXT.
