I did Fractal 5 at PR19, got a daily reward, Fractal 19 at PR19,got a daily reward, and then fractal 21 at PR20 and didnt get a daily reward.

To my understanding you can get one per tier 1-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, and 40+.

So did i hit a bug or am i missing some information?

They changed tiers in the fractals update, it is now
1-10
11-20
21-30
31-40
41-50

Which is why you didn’t get the reward when you did lvl 21 fractal at PR20 (PR20 is part of the 11-20 tier not 21-30)

Trice answered. Suggest you review the fractals page on wiki. Since the “Fractured” release, tis different now.

For one, i don’t think they changed the LFG tool, when they did the fractured update.

And when you look at it Agony damage wise, the tiers promoted by the LFG tool still make sense.

Poor programming practices as usual by Anet. The LFG tool shouldn’t have to be manually updated for information like this.

Except that it makes sense to keep the 1-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40+ brackets as they currently are in LFG: because it matches the AR requirements.

I’d rather have the LFG tool encourage people to ask themselves “Do I have the needed AR for that bracket?” rather than “Which loot do I get?”

I have to say that people who jumps in the later brackets always make a conscious question of “Do I have the needed AR for that bracket?”not only to themselves but also to the whole party as well. I welcome it.

I would have to disagree with you here, many times I have had level 50 (character level) people join my lfm for fractals level 49, it isn’t necesarrily the same as these people probably don’t know the difference in loot, difficulty, or Agony resistance requirements on their first level 50 or so character.

I think you got a case of a total beginner to the game here Since I set my foot on level 20, I have never seen an instance of one who have no clues about AR. From 10-15, sometimes less than optimal but they know the weight and the pain.

Yeah I figured the same, but its funny that I’ve had this happen at least 5 times now since the (fractured) update. guess I’m just lucky ;P
