I am furious of what happened last night, and I was wondering if you could look into this Issue.
We were on the Jade Maw on our Daily Run of Level 10 (FoTM)
All of us were engaged and taking combat at the Jade, especially ME, who happens to Disconnect right after we kill it.
Luckily, I get back in, seeing how I usually get disconnected anyway-and it’s a normal thing for me. When I got back, I noticed that my Teamates were in-fact waiting for me, but there was no Chest. I did not even get my Daily Chest Bonus as I DID take Participation, and got in before any of us left.
It was heart-wrenching seeing the time I spent to get my Daily, and ended up getting nothing but Shame.

You need to actually be there when he dies and have taken part to get the chest. If you team members had waited to kill him off till you had re-entered the instance you would almost certainly have got the chest.
