Hi there, i Know the fractals reward levels scale from 1-10,11-20,21-30,31-40,41-50.

But today i have done fractal 21 (for the daily) but i dont get a reward chest at the end. Could this happen because i have a personal level of 15 instead of 20/21? This was also mine first fractal of the day.

Also what i have heard from some guildies is that whenever you have done a fractal level above your personal level, your personal level should go up by 1 right? Or did they change this or something? because i have done some fractals above mine Personal level (like 21 but also in the 30 range) and mine personal level is still 15.

If you do a fractal above you personal lvl you’ll get the reward according to the PR level which in your case means you get the lvl 11-20 daily when you did lvl 21. Also if it was Jade Maw as the last fractal make sure you stay in long enough to get the actual daily chest since it might be deceiving to get the daily reward then the actual fractal daily reward.

Also yes doing levels above your current PR should raise it by 1 every time you complete a full set of 4 fractals.

You should get reward chest for each tier you do during a day (1-10, 11-20 etc) and if you didn’t then something must have gone wrong. Perhaps you exited the fractal too early?

You have run your 1-10 if you want your reward chest from that tier, you can’t just run a 11+ twice and get the daily for both.

Agony increase starts at multiples of 10s, i.e. 10, 20, 30, 40 50.

Daily chests are given out in the following tiers: 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50.

OP should have increased his personal reward level by 1, from 15 to 16 since he had completed a scale that was higher than 15.

He should also be rewarded with the daily chest for the tier 11-20 as his personal reward level is at 15.

OP, you might want to consider submitting a ticket since you lost both progression and reward.
