Don’t worry you will get your dagger tonight! Well they fixed cliffside boss and I am hoping walls still work on the boss projectiles or Fractals just got a whole lot harder. A ring and skin trade in program would be nice too.

I agree. They said they would come out with new fractals soon, but that was months ago. Honestly I don’t really like this Flame & Frost content (as I have no idea what is going on).

Gonna say this again for the 100th time, make Fractal Weapons available with Pristine Relics…PLEASE! I don’t care the amount so 30 Pristine Relics for one skin would be fine if you want them so difficult to obtain.

Ought to just make Fractal Weapons difficulty level 50+ – gaining a new currency only available at those levels, allowing you to purchase skins you want.

This game leaves us starving for prestigious items. Nothing in the game looks cool when everybody has it. Just like these new Fused Gauntlets. Everybody has them, why wear them.

All I want is for ANET to open up Fractals 50+. Hell, I don’t care if it requires 50+AR, just let us do 99% on Maw again. Also, substantially improve drop rates for 48+ so it’s worth doing a 2.5 hour run. I don’t want the same number of rares doing a 2.5 hr level 48 run as a 1hr level 22 run.

The new dungeon is so easy, you don’t even need to move at bosses/events.. no rewards, no tactics! Do it once and never do it again!

Fractals were not ignored, just made even harder by eliminating more shortcuts/exploits. Will Anet compensate us by improving skin and other loot drops? Don’t hold your breath.

50+ and more FOTM is what i want.. so many people stuck at 50 and cant go any higher all because its been Nerfed.

There are some “fixes” that they probably didn’t even try out (just check dredge fractal, hammer boss “fix” and jumping at maw to avoid ads, srsly get dungeon test team)
Oh yea, loot is probably nerfed even more (now i average around 3 rares, 2 cores at 48 daily)

I ran 40 yesterday and ended with useless ring, 2 rares and a shard. The loot is definitely nerfed.

Really, anet? That’s the last time I’m running a 40.

Fotm is dead. I reach lvl49 a month ago. I done a lot of 38+ and 48+ runs after that just to get 1 yellow and 1 core (cristal or glacial cores, never a charged or onyx of course) in the entire run, no rings, no skins, no exos..
Is hard to find a good group to lvl48+, take over an hour and a half to complete, just for crap loot.
I will never again set foot in Fotm until the drop is, drastically, increased.

Fractals wasn’t ignored again. It is still being ignored.

There are probably 100 (may be more) topic posts on this forum about how FotM’s loot and dungeon design can be improved. Perhaps ANet is embarrassed that they haven’t thought of them first and don’t want to implement them and then have some snotty-faced gamer geek come claim compensation from them!

But seriously, rings dropping at FotMs 30+? Headed to 20 stacks of fractal relics and nothing to buy with them except for Obsidian Shards (if I ever want to make a Legendary, unlikely!). Pristine relics that you can use to buy….oh a ring which will prolly drop for you the following night!

FotMs = distinct lack of motivation to bother doing. Done over 500 fractals and have got 4 skins…2 of which I cannot use, the other 2 being water skins, yay…

Time to give us some fractal armor that we can farm for ANet, make it harder to farm for than the dungeon token armors and you will prolly see a lot more players having fun doing FotMs again.

That would be pretty nice. Getting a skin would still be hard, but at least with this, with enough fractal time to get the other mats, we could change it, and change it again until we get the skin we wanted.

Sure. Because te actual system is great. ATM, only lucky ppl can get a skin.

Here’s your mistake: there’s no way to create a whole new fractal in one month. You have to plan everything: the area concept, monsters and skills, tasks and how to do them. Every single detail, and then start drawing the scenario, programming the whole thing to work well.
Take would take at least 4-5 months to do, and the result wouldn’t be great depending on the team

fractals has been out for 4-5 months. Assuming your estimate is correct, they’ve had plenty of time to work towards such things. Personally I don’t care if we get any new fractals, I just want them to fix the kitten loot reward system. I can guarantee one thing, if I get my dagger skin I won’t be setting foot inside that dungeon for a very long time. kitten me off beyond belief. There is 0 prestige in the skins. To the people who think there is prestige in the skins, they are misinformed. I’ve never once looked at a guy who won a scratch and win and though “wow, that guy must have some serious talent to achieve that!” No one thinks like that. It’s disgusting that the only way to get a skin is by pure dumb luck and the only “fixes” to this system we’ve been getting is further nerfs towards getting them.

One of the best ideas I’ve read in this forum is to use the old events to make new fractals, like karka event, the molten facility and, maybe, SOAB and the fight with Mad King. This kind of new frac dont need too much time.

I’m the proof concept of what random said. I don’t know the different between the F key & the H key and have to be carried by my friends in fractal (I have quite a few of talented skill friends). Just got to level 28 yesterday & I got my 1st sword skin. Couple days ago while leveling from 22 to 24, I got 1 spear skin & 1 rifle skin for my warrior. But others didn’t know that and thought I’m an awesome player. I love it.
