Ive read somewhere that people that reached Fractals lvl 50 before the expansion hits will get an exclusive title. Is it true or false?

Probably false. There has been no official announcement regarding a special title for people who reach FotM personal lvl 50 before HoT is released.

Also do I highly doubt that it would be exclusive. When everyone and their mother has the title, I wouldn’t say it’s exclusive.
