I just got back from a 3 week break. Before that I stopped progressing at 24 because it seemed there was little to gain from progressing further except for the heck of it (but finding people above lvl 20 was really hard back then). Now it seems above level 26 you won’t get any non-infused rings anymore, so I progressed to 26 now.

My question is this : Is there any reason to progress beyond 26? I guess at 30 you get an extra daily, so that’s something. But does the loot improve a lot or is it (untill they implement other items) not really worth the effort?

Some people on this forum said that higher levels give better loot… might be better to hear it from those people instead, but that’s around it.

I’m quite low compared to some, at 41 atm, but the 1st run at 40 gave me about 8g ( 2 exotics drops from mobs, loads of rares and the last chest gave me 6 rares…)
No point progressing past 40 tho waste of time pretty much, agony kitten everyone even with 30 resist.

Since I’m quite low on fractals could you tell me how long that run took?

Not bad, but how long does it take to do 40? And I recon it’s rather hard compared to 26? I’ve had a few named exotics at 26 which sold for anything between 2 and 30 gold

I’m in the 30’s and they’re as fast or faster than my sub-10 scale runs because people know what they’re doing at higher scales. Getting a few ‘long’ fractals you can finish an even scale in 1-1.5hrs. You can get done quicker if you get the short fractals. The only thing I’ve really noticed that is harder is heavy hitting agony and more mobs. The bosses might hit a little harder too, but their health seems to be the same.

It’s in the patch notes and yes the drop rate for fractal weapons is much better on 38 than 26.
