We really need to do something about fractal rewards. Ascended rings are more common than trash items, while trying to get a particular fractal weapon skin has driven more than a few people angry and disillusioned.
When can we expect another pass at fractal design?

What phil said. But lucky i enjoy fractals somehow and i kind of excepted the fact i will never get the skins i want. So when i get some skin i will be plesently surprised.
