last night a group of us went in to fractals on our alts at fractal level 1 and took someone who’s alt was level 12 it occurred to us that at fractal level 10 the agony mechanic starts to kick in. but the ascended gear is lvl 80 only does this mean that even tho it scales you up low level people basically are sol when it comes to higher level fractals

I run into people with 0 Agony Resistance at tier 20 and most of them do fine. Granted they’ve all been level 80, but it just means you don’t necessarily need Agony Resistance for a while.
