Pretty strong for solo play I can imagine for good amount of might. I personally would rather use strength runes with power/prec food than scholar with dumplings just for health reliability
They’re kind of horrible on some classes and most of the time never optimal. I have a few stacks just in case they get too expensive because they do have their uses, and I think since you can only get them from those lucky envelopes they are technically discontinued?

Serious tho, the wiki now says 5 sec internal cooldown, while it didnt before. (Maybe it got patched?)
I use this on thief solo’s, together with Strength Runes and a Strengh Sigil, and can easily keep 20+ might.
If however it indeed got an internal cooldown now, I doubt it is worth it. That would really be a waste of my 20 stacks..
I´ve been using these for quite a while now when I go PuGing with my PS Warrior. They are rather expensive to craft but I personally prefer having +100 ferocity instead of 20% boon duration.
The five seconds mentioned in the item description is the duration of the might stack, not the ICD.

After jumping on my thief and spamming unload on a vet risen giant (insert joke about the meta evolving), there’s no way these things have a 5 second ICD. I hit 14 stacks of might in less than 10 seconds. Someone better at the math thing than me can work it out, but pretty sure there is no ICD at all.
