Ignoring the spelling it’s a moderately amusing as a description of the random pugs you can meet, but man that spelling is like listening to nemesis trying to explain a necro dps build.

I guess the dungeon community has no sense of humour, unlike the PvP community used to have.

Granted, the original had one thing going for it… it was original.

Nowhere did I claim this to be original in any way, quite the opposite actually as i tried to stick to the original as much as possible, changing only the premice and a few words here and there.

If you, as a reader had not read this before and or the said reading provoqued at least a mild feeling of amusement i would consider my mission accomplished. But like desade said, maybe i did not proprely capture the essence and state of mind of the original artist as this might be too close to reality to be considered adequately comical. Maybe it hit too close to home?

Whatever the reasons, I just want to clarify that this was meant as a tribute to a great poem that made me laugh to tears. I do not claim to be as good a poet as the original author as he is obviously a tremendously tallented artist, nor did I mean this as an insult to PHIWers in any way.

The pvp one was very funny the first time I read it and this one’s not bad too.

The PvP one’s was better. This one (no offense) feels like it’s lacking something but i’m not able to say what. The idea was good though.

I think you should have changed it more, since certains parts doesn’t really fit in (like “losssst”).

Any other day i’d find this funny, but this week i can’t help but shed a tear knowing this is completely true.

Its sad that there is a need to be a discussion over if something is funny or original or not.
Either embrace it or move on with your life, no need to talk down on something because it doesn’t appeal to you personally.

Would’ve been funny if it came first, but otherwise meh.

I found the original funny because it was unexpected. Just from the title of this post I already knew it was going to be a parody of the original and knew exactly what to expect, which pretty much ruined the humorous effect for me.

If it is, to which kind of music would you pair it?
If it’s not, does the OP take drugs?

The pvp one was only funny because it was original and the PvP community is easily amused. Appreciate the tribute though. It was mildy amusing.

I’m not good with PVP, but my perception of the original was that OP is playing well while his teammates were being bad players.

Maybe I would’ve loved this more if it was on a different perspective, like if OP is dropping Icebows or removing defiant but all the team members want to do is to just stack tighter, zerk harder and kick the ranger.
