Guild Wars 2

I always seem to crash on the platform jumping in the asura Fractal, and always on the same platform. Does anyone have the same problem, or the solution for me ?

It even crashes when I Jump & fall infront of the “particular” step stone

There are numerous people with this problem and the previous thread never received an official statement. I have been unable to complete my fractal runs several times now, and feel like a burden to every group I join, because if this fractal comes up, my group will have to do it without me.

Last run one person disconnected on 2nd fractal, and this one was the third fractal. So my group would have had to do it with only 3 people. We decided to have them do the first part until they passed the first checkpoint, and then all falling to death so we could all respawn at the checkpoint (in order for me to pass the platform that makes my client crash each time). But as soon as I clicked the button to restart from checkpoint, my client crashed anyway. So there seems to be absolutely no way for people who experience this bug to finish this fractal.

It has been 2 weeks with no confirmation that this bug is even looked at. This is really disheartening.
