Due to the high (not) interest in “How To Mesmer Properly” we have released a new very special edition describing how to use timewarp properly. Below, you will find a few steps that will turn you into a better mesmer than Jerem is, I swear, he should read this post so he can improve his gameplay and take it to a brand new level.
Step 1: Find an epic enemy that either you crush, or it crushes you;
Step 2: Go to Options -> Controls and set new skill keys for your utilities and elite skill;
Step 3: Let the enemy believe that it crushes you and execute (probably quite unintentionally) the following two things:
- Press a random newly assigned button;
– Press another newly assigned button;Step 4: Enjoy your extremely epic and well placed timewarp and if any of the people on your party dare to say something, then just call them scrubs because they can’t acknowledge how high-level is your gameplay as a mesmer.
PS: Don’t make fun of my resolution, I’m too poor to buy a new monitor. :<
This guy actually used the skill. 9/10 pugs don’t even get that far. kittenin round of applause.
It’s a guildie of mine and he knows how to play mesmer up to a very good point imo, but that night he was trying out new key assignment and just failed a tiny bit. Still a perfect opportunity to laugh

I will have to teach him how to use Feedback without targeting Lupicus while he’s doing the Frenzied Blast after that he’ll be on my level #trollguildmates

I’ll take credit for that timewarp. Slotted my keys back to default now though.

I swear this is the only MMO I’ve played where people try and optimize being bad; that ranger thread made my heart hurt.
Seriously, what happened to the games of old where we threw rocks at the people like that?
I could understand if he was talking about solo, but not even I’m going to pretend condition is even close to berserker in group settings.
He was totally talking about a group setting, whether it was exclusively or not, I don`t know.
I really don’t get why people in this game take pride in being inefficient or plain bad, or go out of their way to be the best bad they can be. You are in a group, you are there to succeed, if you are not actively contributing to that success to the best of your ability why be there? Why should you be there, why do you not deserve to be kicked for someone who will actually contribute? I know people mess up, I get inexperience, I get newbies or the uninformed but willing to change, or even those doing it as a joke. It just makes my brain hurt.
It also makes me wonder what goes through their brain, do they abide that sort of behaviour out in the real world?

I’m not a huge meta follower, I like it, I think it has it’s uses, but I think there are plenty of reasons to deviate (not too far though
). But, there are those out there who try to claim that it sucks, or that they know better. Hearing things like “ohh zerk is just cookie cutter, you gotta think outside the box” is just… ugh. It’s like someone saying cars are bad, and taking a pogo stick to work is better.
When I stream normally I get 5-20 viewers.
When I stream with my face I get 30 viewers.
If I start drinking vodka when I die, I get almost 40…

Are these correct? I haven’t done P2 for a while.
I was under the impression belka could no longer be 1200 exploited. Also, the golem suit refers to a WP immediately after the spider room which no longer spawns, until after Abom fight.
Yep. Belka can still be exploited using bone wall, and there’s a hole along side the spider room that you can jump up, but they removed the WP. Well, it won’t spawn until after the Abom.
“Yep” in this case meaning yes and no?
Dont know about the golem. But Belka now shoots you if you try to afk range.
You can still range her without her attacking, she will just start porting around after a while, in which case you can run to the bone wall again so that she ports back. Just if you feel lazy.

Yeah that sounds about how the last time I did this kind of thing ended, wasn’t GW2, but gist of the story, I was doing a raid, then I woke up with my head on my bed and the rest of me on the floor Good times
Need something to spice up the Dungeon tours though.
