How do u get a ghastly exotic dagger??? Can u jst buy frokm the merchs in la? And are they good end game? I jst hit 80 and im having a hard time finding out what gear is good

Ghastly weapons are exotics you can purchase using tokens from completing the Ascalonian Catacombs dungeon
