Since last patch, I’m now getting vials in all fractal levels, which never used to happen ( I think?). Above 20 I used to get globs and above 50 shards. Haven’t gotten any globs or shards since last week, but get vials from 70+ now. Bug or not?

Agreed, I got a glob two days ago from the Vet mobs before Molten Duo.

I actually got 2 vials in like 30 seconds while doing low level Urban Battleground.
What I don’t like is that I can now get Shards only from doing 50+. It should have stayed at 30, or at least 40.

yes, jade colossi always drop vials for some reason.

I’d like to know how it works as well or if it’s bugged. I have Core-Fractal hero almost complete and I have NEVER received a glob, and I only have 9 Vials…

The drop rate is definitely too low. You can’t rely on these crafting materials if you want to get infused ring. You actually have bigger chance of getting your infused berseker ring from just doing dailies.

Got one too after patch and I am just doing the short ones a.k.a. 2-daily-10, 21-daily-40 and Swamplands for the daily champion chest. You are biased because almost everyone is running the short ones giving you almost never any of them.
Play the longer ones every day and your droprate will increase. Have fun with it, I won’t! ^^

Bad luck. I seem to be getting at least one vial every time I go into fractals. It’s just RNG.
