When did they nerf engineer slick shoes to break gorseval bar? I just tested it today and it no longer work,

If “working” means it can still solo break the bar on gorseval and sloth then no it is not working. It barely moves the bar.

The skill isn’t bugged though as far as i know, so it is working in that sense.

Literally just did gorseval 8 hours ago and it worked perfectly, so I’m not sure what you’re talking about.

Same. No offense but probably are missing the hit box or not using the f skill

It still works.

You super speed and slick shoes at the same time. Then you run around the hit box using forward and a strafe key, while rotating your camera so that you stay inside the hit box while you’re running. Try not to overlap any place with an active oil slick from slick shoes.

Well, that’s pretty strange.

Just did gorseval this morning and someone in the team said that slick shoes no longer worked on him. I couldn’t believe him so I asked the engi in our team to CC him to see if it was working and he could only get 10% of his break bar with slick shoes…

Maybe he was not using it correctly…

Gonna say poor engie play.

Not because i think bad of the person, but because like many others it was working fine for the raids i ran today.

its working fine two days ago. our only engineer has no issue in his timed CC – if we want CC immediately he does the CC immediately, if we want delay CC he delay it for us.

Yeah, works fine for the engie in our group.

Haven’t raided post patch yet, but i’d suspect not.

tried to break a wyvern with slick shoes, no dice. its really obvious that its only hitting once. havent tried gorseval and wont be wasting the time of 9 others just to try. ill just bring another utility or class.

Yup – Slick shoes just got nerfed into the ‘never use this skill again’ slot.

You realize it worked fine before the patch when you originally posed the question right? Now since the patch 4/19/16 it doesn’t. Guess it doesn’t matter but yeah.
