Ignore the bad plays for now as I’m very rusty but I’ll get back in shape soon if I keep on playing. I had some ideas that might work but I’m so trash right now I didn’t want to waste time in there trying to figure it out.

I know the human elite grenth skill, the aoe chill works on the grawl but is there any thief skills that would work as well? I can’t use grenth as I’m a norn. I was thinking ice drake venom MIGHT work but wasn’t sure how it’d work against the blocks. My other idea was that caltrops might cripple the guy while flying as well but I’m not sure about that either.

I am pretty sure daggers are the fastest for taking down the shield. I know it’s faster than pistols and sbow but I’m not sure about how d/p 3 would work against it or any other weapon combos.

Also is there any food buff that might help to take down the shield? Any advice would be appreciated

I would expect caltrops to work on him, it seems as if ground based attacks involving cripple or chill work on him, for example, the elementalst can use frozen ground to slow him down. You can also see this in my solo as I put down temporal curtain to cripple him, he appears to almost stop moving because of it.

And thanks sand, I’m hoping for a for sure answer but your temporal curtain gives me hope.
