Made heavy ascended armor long ago with healing in mind, was wondering if its even necessary for higher lvl content?
thinking about swapping it to a conditional build for my rev, but if im gonna need it for higher lvl fractals id rather keep it as is.

Well for high level fractal, an Auramancer ( Elementalist ) or druid with full zealot ( healing , power, precision) is actually cool, have a decent dps, and just help bad groups to dont wipe. And is necessary in raids.
Now heavy armor with healing, revenant isnt good as a healer, for now its a bad choice, but maybe they will buff ventari so it can be good.
Maybe the next guardian elite will be a support one and he can use it.
But its really cheap to change status of an ascended armor, so i would say change for berserker, and go raid with your revenant, go to high level fractal, then you can get an ascended set with stats that you find more fun

Revenant goes power in pve. Its conditions consist of a lot of confusion and torment, which are good on players but not very good on mobs, as they don’t move and attack nearly as frequently.

As for healing armor, the only thing I can recommend for a guardian is crusader. when mixed with marauder. It’s a rather nice combo that makes you very tanky while still pumping out reasonably good damage.

But people don’t like guardians in general in high level fractals, because the mobs steal boons, and mobs with retaliation will wipe your party’s eles really fast. It can do up to 800 damage a tick. several times a second. And having a guardian in the party makes it much harder to not apply retaliation. Guardians spew light fields everywhere, and blast finisher on a light field = aoe retaliation.

both healing guard and condi rev are heavily outclassed by other classes. sorry to be that guy but you should just convert your armor to berserker which is the most useful stat on both classes. :<
