I don’t understand why ppl keep saying this setup is so bad, you are able to survive when the rest of your party goes down, it’s a perfect setup for fighting tequatl. You always need dolyak runes for the extra 30hp regen per sec (they are amazing in AC) you contribute so much by mashing hammer 1 and giving everyone protection. There is no better mule around for holding my 20k+ piles of putrid essence, their efficiency at mining in southsun cove up by the champ karka is rivaled by none. A song dedicated to this subset of guardians listen to that sound.

I agree. I dance on those dead zerkers screaming my elitism as mobs hit me doing no damage! I just wish they didn’t nerf my magic find gear.

PVT just makes the boss/mob take longer. Heck, you can still facetank with less than full PVT. If you go balanced dps you’ll still only need to dodge the major attacks (the ones that seem to have a 1 hour windup). It is best for non-crittable things though.

You should run ranger PVT instead, you can add in two bears to triple your overall HP pool, take regen and toughness improving signets, and put down water fields for tons of healing. Best part is you’re always at 1500 range so you’ll pretty much never die.

It’s pretty much the best thing since Blazblue got an anime.

hmmm good idea brown bear, murellow, polar bear, black bear, and Arctodus. So many choices which one is best, I’m guessing no to the murellow cause who would want a poison field. “I need assistance”.

Everybody knows the last person alive is the best who’s carrying the bad PUGs. Only elitist will argue.

This is the complete the story of my guardian, he spends his remaining days in southsun cove mining the orichalcum to help me get my dailies done as quickly as possible with a resource node that never moves. I’m just too lazy to respect and regear a profession I hated playing and found to be boring personally.

Zerker is better coz faster something dies less dmg it does, also dodge in this game makes u immune to any hit.
Game is broken and unfinished on a basic level, dunno what they thought while developing dodge, for example u shouldn’t be able to evade maw’s attack in fractals yet u can wich is just wrong…
In the end whats the point in using vitality or toughness in a dungeon when u can dodge any type of hit after u practiced the fight a few times. Lastly with a guard traited in aoe blind u wont even have to dodge.
