let’s take bets as to Harrahou’s clear time. I mean, if they were really down with speedclearing I’d assume they’d just link Strife’s video. Sooooo, I’m guessing 7:30 time or worse.

Also betting on the video starting from Magg’s gate with no mention of the Ferrah speedup.

Im gonna be generous and say a 6minute clear.

I predict a record setting run with innovative strategies that radically alters the current paradigm.

Not trying to hate on you Harrahou, it’s just…we (meaning the dungeon community) pretty much have CoF down short of some mind-blowing revelation. I mean, unless you have a mixed pug group doing it in like 5 minutes or a warr/mes group doing it in like 3, I don’t see what can be new about this.

Dub, your 4 minutes, is that an estimation of your own or did you actually record it with a stop watch? Also when do you start counting? From the moment you enter cof after loadscreen till final boss has 0 hp?

Why does a new CoF p1 guide come out ever 5 days? It’s not that hard…. why doesn’t someone make a ta f/u ranged guide or something

Why did you bother to create a thread to generate hype around a content-guide that 90% of the community can do blindfolded and has already been readily available since launch?

Look, I run with Harrahou, and there is a big difference between people who can efficiently run this dungeon, and pugs who think they know how to run it, we’ve seen it many times, and that is what he is doing here, educating pugs who are your typical greatsword fgj omm warriors, we use none of that, except the warrior. This is about improving people.

This isn’t true, I don’t think I’ve met a pug yet who is familiar with using longbow/ axe/mace warhorn and knows what utilities to bring, they all bring for great justice and on my mark, they are useless with the way we run it.

They may be able to do it easily, but they could still do it better if they knew how to.

Record time is posted on another thread making a new video to show our techniques

They already posted the video of the 5:42 run a month ago. If you’d just posted the guide there instead of making this ridiculous fanfare it wouldn’t have been anything to it.

Personally, I’d like to see the video and build guide. It is possible that there may be better ways to run than what is currently being done and unless I am open to new possibilities, I won’t ever progress.

Builds have changed and thats why I want to do a new video, when my group can reform we are going to try and beat our record with the new warrior changes xD

Pugs run 4 warriors because warriors are easier to stay alive with if you’re not as experienced/skilled. Same goes for using FGJ instead of fire field might, pugs aren’t very organized/coordinated. None of this is groundbreaking for record style teams. You’re an idiot.

But if people weren’t so stubborn and would understand that people want to change this style of 4 wars GS hack slash hulk smash play style. Dropping a bow is not a hard thing to do and aiming your banner aoe in fire field is not a hard thing to do. Using warhorn 5 is not a hard thing to do, cluster bombing is not a hard thing to do. By using blast finishers in any pug group you eliminate the need to fgj on all your team mates and can swap in something that improves overall dps, like frenzy.

If people want to come into this thread and complain that CoF is easy and anyone who can’t do a 6min run is kittened in more ways than 2, go ahead i dont care less, but do not call me an idiot if your afraid of dying in CoF xD

If DnT can beat our time good for them and tbh i hope they do, gives my group something else to go for. Just like Lupi to some people and groups CoF has become the thing that people want to be killed the fastest, so sorry for kittening on your pug runs. xD

There’s not really any reason to get hostile over it. I’m sure that there will be groups that come along and beat our times, but that’s just a part of the game. That being said, I was expecting kind of a mind blowing CoF strategy that no one had ever thought of. I didn’t really see that here :/

If i new how to take threads down I would, I dont want my thread turning into an argument about CoF. My replies probs dont help my means xD
