Hi all, I’m returning from a year away from the game. I loved doing fractals back then and still enjoy running them.

I recently got my personal fractal level to 20 but i cant seem to progress further. The LFG tab will not allow me to look for a group thats 21 above. What can i do now?

You have to do a 20 first to unlock the next 21-50

I have done 20 multiple times, even at personal level 20 but the option to progress further is still not reflected in the LFG tool

If you just enter the mistlock observatory on your own you will see that it automatically chooses the highest level available to you.

Im unable to progress past that as I cannot group to do 21-50 in LFG and I’ve done multiple times of level 20 but my level does not go up.

If you did a 20 and your personal reward level was 20 then it should go up to 21. If you are stuck on 20 then you have some type of bug. Doing a 21 won’t fix that. But I think there would be a lot more posts about this if it was a bug. So that’s why people are repeating themselves. So you are certain you weren’t 19, did a 20, and now your reward level is 20, and you haven’t since done a fractal at 20?

No, it definitely is a bug, i have come across multiple people with the same problem

Yea I’m fairly certain it’s a bug but a nice person helped me run thru a fractal 22 so i managed to get my PR to 21
