With new LS content going into dungeons, and rumors of more, a helpful thread for those new to dungeons will help.

My tip revolves around loot.

1. Invest in larger bags. – The number of people who seem to be running around with 4-5 slot bags is amazing. For low cost, about 1 run, you can get at least 10-12 slot bags, which greatly reduces the “My inventory is full.” problem.

2. Have adequate empty bag space BEFORE you enter the dungeon. This goes with number one, but it does no good to have all 20 slot bags, but only 3 empty loot spots going in. Try to keep 20-30 slots empty so you don’t run out of space.

3. Loot and Continue. After downing a boss, don’t spend the next 5 minutes staring at your loot and posting it in 16 different chat boxes. You can gawk at your shiny new Sigil (only exotic that ever drops) later.

4. Repair your armor before/during the run. Broken armor doesn’t give any stats. Keep your stats full by making sure your armor is not broken (red).

Colin Johanson: "Everyone, including casual gamers,
by level 80 should have the best statistical loot in the game.”

The Living Story crowd also needs to properly read the descriptions in the LFG tool. Don’t just randomly join any listing under Twilight Arbor, or any dungeon path for that matter.

A nice pleasant topic. 20 slot bags are very nice and they can be used by whichever character you are playing atm so you only need one set. Bring salvage kits with you. When playing with people you know you can mail excess loot to them and they can hit return to sender. Still full? Just start throwing out the real junk and plan better the next time.
