I just logged in and noticed that I no longer have 150 AR. I guess there was some update since fractals have changed as well. How do i trade in my old blue +7 simple infusions for regular agony infusions?

Also what’s the new recommended setup for 150?

You can’t get the regular AR from the old +7. Those you craft/trade from +1 ARs.

The old +7’s can be traded in for fractal relics, but beware, you cannot get them back if you change your mind.

The anguished tears of alba now stack, so you can aim for 135AR and top it off with the potion.

Finally, the amulet can no longer hold AR infusions.

The recommended strategy for someone doing the conversion from the old setup to the new:

(I assume, you were running the common old setup, of simple +7’s in infusion slots, and +10/+11’s in agony slots)

1. Extract all +10/+11 infusions using the extractor from the infusion vendor (in fractal lobby)
2. Downgrade them to +9’s (also an option in the infusion vendor)
3. Leave old simple +7’s in armor
(4. ) Infuse everything that isn’t infused yet, attune rings if they aren’t attuned (if you had 150 AR before changes, you likely have done so already)
5. Fill all the remaining slots with +9’s. You should have enough after you have disassembled +10/+11’s
6. Sell remaining +7’s for a relic gain.

You now have:
Armor: 6x7=42 AR
Weapons: 2x9=18 AR
Backpack: 2x9 = 18 AR
Trinkets: 2x9 = 18 AR
Rings: 6x9 = 54 AR
Amulet: 0 AR (enrichment slot cannot hold AR infusions)
Total: 150 AR

That strategy lets you convert without investing anything, and even gain some relics in the process.
