Sorry for being a noob. But how do you gain a level of difficulty in FtoM?

I think I have done all 7 maps and played with completed it about 9 time but I am still level 1.

A run consists of 3 or 4 fractals, finish a run of level x and you can reach level x+1.

Salix Babylonica (Necro), Tharnath (Guardian), N Faculty (Mesmer),
Occam Pi (Ele), Acaena Elongata (Warrior), Finja Salversdotir (Ranger),
Bytestream (Engineer), Vim Whitespace (Thief)

You do 3 fractals at a time, and when you finish that, it will scale you up to the next level. There are 9 total fractals at this point.
