How to dodge Legendary Effigy's knockdown?

Use stand your ground if you are melee fighting him with a gaurdian and always keep moving behind him and you can even move under him.
Ranged can dodge the flame that he sends out and that will keep him from knocking them down.
Keep a finger on the dodge key at all times.

Sigh… the crystal he does a very slow crouch like animation with both of his hands then into a upward flex… the knockdown is a one hand slam… the downward animation are quite distinct, and the speed varies greatly, I don’t see how it share the same information. If it’s just your reflex not being quick enough, then learn the attack pattern and anticipate what attack will be coming up next.

- Slow upward fles to downward slam = AoE burn, you can see the circle on the ground
- Slow downward crouch = spawns AoE knockback circles
- Fast downwards slam with one hand = fast ground projectiles that KD
Keep your finger on the dodge button and it’s easymode. Challenge yourself to try and dodge every attack each time you run this and profit.
