Guild Wars 2

It is good instance for fractal with good story plot that many easily recall.

We play as risen.

Our objectives are:
-make havoc on beach and take down Deputy Mira,
-use risen claws on Warmonger to take down trebuchets, wall, deputy Brakk,
-hide before heroes kittencue Deputy Mira,
-capture courtyard and kill Watch Commander Talon,
-slow heroes who are going to light beacon and decrease number of lionguard who last rally with Deputy Mira,
-kill slackers: Tybalt, Sieran, Forgal.

• achievement bonus: kill Treaherne, Mira, heroes
  • heroes = 5 npc of each proffesion / can’t duplicate / every 10 lvl of fractal +1 hero in group until total 9 of each proffesion /
    • that achievement is kind of alternative history, but we are in The Mists.

Imo good lore story based fractal idea using already existing instance, map, dialogues etc. Imo such a waste to not use that.

I thought about something similar from Personal Story 2, it would be like: we are mordrems and fractal would contain: fort salma + camp resolve.

a fractal where you play as a bad guy… i could totally get behind this. i mean technically we’re the bad guys in the ascalon fractal too, so there’s precedent.

We get to kill the most beloved npc? This could be fun.

I love the idea, it would be a lot of fun. I think it’s something this game lacks as far as the immersion/lore goes. I’ve always like the option to be a villain, which is why I was one in DCUO and Evil races in other games. And, I’ve enjoyed when other games have done such things.

That said, as much fun as I think this could be, I’m not sure if it’d be more fun than the watching the forums explode with rage at having to kill Tybalt.
