I’m seeing issues surrounding entryway into Arah pop up in new threads one after the other today so I decided to make a centralized thread for the sake of the Devs.
I’m sure these guys are aware that this is happening but because the bug doesn’t directly cause a crash (whereas the subsequent report would provide most if not all the information they’d need to fix it) and because noone seems to know how to recreate it, it’s incredibly hard to isolate and fix without risking breaking something else entirely.
That being said, if the DE’s leading up to Arah are bugged on your server, be as specific as you possibly can as to the nature of what’s happening.
Probably the biggest help would come from people who managed to run the instance prior to the DE’s breaking as they may be able to shed some light on what may have triggered the bug. Essentially if you’ve run the instance in the last 24 hours and something during your run seemed a little off or something happened to your party (player DC’d, left, etc) then post it here as well.
Any info relevant to the bug couldn’t hurt. Server resets haven’t worked for everyone and this issue seems to be spreading somewhat so lets try and nip it in the bud.
