So I guess after 3 weeks I have accepted the fact I won’t be finishing my personnel story as it requires a run through Arah. Looking for a group through “map” chat is not a option as Anet only allows you to ask maybe 4 or 5 times before they chat suppress you so some Gold selling spammer can get his message out loud & clear. Good job Anet…..

To be honest I’m not sure what the issue is , I’m not even sure how the event/quests work to unlock the gates because noone is even in Orr on Furgensons Crossing. The only response I have gotten from other players on my server as to why people refuse to run Arah is “Because its a Pain the kitten #8221;, whatever that means.

Anet it would really be nice if you worked to make this endgame finally of a dungeon much more accessible to the masses. Whether that be through adding a dungeon finder or removing this ridiculous prerequisite to unlock the gates. Not only do I desperately want to finish my story quest but I would really love to see Zaihtan in action.

How many more of these threads need to posted here before you actually acknowledge this issue ?

I’m going to answer my own question and say the reason Arah is ignored by players is because of the frustration of Orr. Countless threads have been made about Orr so I won’t go into detail about the mob cluster , mob difficulty and just the overall frustration lvl of that zone.

The right answer is that no-one does it because the meta-event leading to open the gates is constantly bugged. Anet hasn’t bothered to fix it during the two months the game has been available. Not that it’s important or anything for their end-game dungeon to be unavailable for 90% of the time.

I usually see at least one Arah story group a day on Yak’s Bend. Arah explorable on other hand, I never see.
